Majority of MS Windows computer already have a latest version of MDAC (Microsoft Data Access Component) installed with Windows Automatic Updates. If during installation of the software on new computer or newer versions of Windows Operating systems, your computer does not already have a latest version of (MDAC) Andica software installation routine will attempt to install it for you.
If you get an error suggesting that a version of MDAC supplied with the installation (MDAC2.7Sp1 or MDAC2.8, etc) cannot be installed on this machine, you can download and install a latest version from Microsoft website:
Once you have installed MDAC on your computer, you can install the software.

The 'meta' start tag on line 9 does not match the end tag of 'head'. Line 10, position 3. Conversion from string "The specified XML cannot be pars" to type 'Integer' is not valid. Root element is missing.
The message appears when HMRC server is responding to the submission attempt using incorrect format. Close the submission process and attempt to resubmit the returns a few minutes later.
Constant Polling during submission of returns to HMRC suggests that there are issues with HMRC Government Gateway services. Software will display submit-poll messages. Read More...
