Submissions are made but obligation status remains open

The customer has filed their quarterly submission; however, their obligation has not been marked as fulfilled so remains open.

HMRC have already seen a handful of customers impacted by this issue. This is a known issue by HMRC and they are increasing the priority to ensure this is fixed before Q1 submissions.

This fix is awaiting to be scheduled.
