General FAQ Section

Yes, we welcome your suggestions on enhancement of existing features and new features that could benefit all our customers. If you have any suggestions, please email us your suggestions and we will review these and place them in the features wish list.

Online submission feature - File By Internet - is provided in our software that requires returns to be submitted online. Payroll software, tax returns software for Individual tax payers (Andica Self Assessment Personal SA100 - SA110) and Partnership Businesses (Andica SA800 Partnership) include this feature.

Andica has a policy of constant development, improvements and enhancements of software which results into software updates and version upgrades being released as and when necessary. For taxation software we usually release a new version once a year to comply with legislative changes.
